  • Business Outcomes: You bear full responsibility for all business outcomes resulting from AI interactions
3.2.2 Emergency Services Exclusion

THIS SERVICE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS. Never rely on the Service for:

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE LIABILITY AROSE OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

15.1 Informal Resolution

MANDATORY ARBITRATION CLAUSE: Except where prohibited by law, disputes will be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by sending written notice to legal@knexia.ai.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Neither party will be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Knexia regarding the Service.

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to affiliates or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
